Present Simple
every day/week/month/year; usually, sometimes, always, rarely, never, often, on Mondays, etc.

Present Continuous
now, at the moment, at present, nowadays, today, always, still, etc.

Present Perfect
just, ever, never, already, yet, always, how long, so far, recently, since, for, today, this week/months, etc.
For and since are sometimes used with Present Perfect Continuous to emphasise the duration of an action. |
